Jennie Hancock
As Founding Director of Property Acquisitions, Jennie Hancock has over 30 years of experience in the West Sussex property market. She has previously bought and sold property and set up and ran her own agency. In 2003, Jennie turned her expertise to property acquisitions. With a passion and encyclopaedic knowledge of houses in West Sussex, Jennie prides herself on discovering property treasures and negotiating the best terms for her clients.
Our home buying specialist Jennie lives in Lavant with her husband, they have two sons in their twenties and two gorgeous Labrador dogs called Purdey and Blu.
Michelle Hendrie
Michelle has enjoyed buying and selling prime country houses in and around West Sussex including the Surrey and Hampshire borders for many years.
Prior to becoming a Director at Property Acquisitions Michelle worked at Jackson Stops in Midhurst for over 15 years.
Throughout her life, Michelle has had a passion for property and now acts solely for buyers to match them with their dream rural or coastal home. She is exceptionally well placed to understand buyers’ needs in the South Downs National Park where she lives. Property acquisitions specialist Michelle also boasts an in-depth knowledge of the industry as well as favourable negotiating skills.
Michelle enjoys village life and has two sons who both live close by. When she is not searching for the next home for her buyers she relaxes by going to the theatre, enjoying good walks, gardening or watching the horseracing at Goodwood.
